What are the shipping costs?
We use a straightforward system for shipping costs. Depending on your total purchase, we offer either a flat-rate shipping fee or free shipping.

- Germany: Flat-rate EUR 6.90 / Free shipping starts at EUR 121,-
- Switzerland: Flat-rate EUR 9.90 / Free shipping starts at EUR 210,-
- USA: Flat-rate EUR 9.90 / Free shipping starts at EUR 210,-
- UK: Flat-rate £ 14,90
- EU-Z1 (Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia): Flat-rate EUR 7.90 / Free shipping starts at EUR 210,-
- EU-Z2 (Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Netherlands): Flat-rate EUR 8.90 / Free shipping starts at EUR 180,-
- EU-Z3 (Finland, France, Luxembourg, Romania, Sweden): Flat-rate EUR 9.90 / Free shipping starts at EUR 210,-
- EU-Z4 (Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain): Flat-rate EUR 9.90 / Free shipping starts at EUR 210,-
- EU-Z5 (Cyprus, Greece, Ireland, Malta, Norway): Flat-rate EUR 14.90
- South Africa: Flat-rate EUR 19.90
Note on partial returns: If you return part of your order and the remaining order value falls below the minimum threshold for free shipping (e.g. EUR 121), we reserve the right to charge the original flat shipping fee or deduct it from your refund.
When will I receive my order?
It typically takes 3 to 7 days to process your order, after which it will be shipped.*
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- USA: 6–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
*Note: For larger quantities, complex manufacturing processes, or during seasonal peak times (e.g., Christmas), processing and delivery times may vary. Please note that we do not guarantee a specific delivery date.
All delivery times stated are estimates only and do not represent binding delivery deadlines. A delay in delivery does not entitle the customer to withdraw from the purchase unless we fail to deliver within a reasonable grace period set by the customer in writing, and only if a fixed delivery date was explicitly agreed beforehand.
Where will my order be shipped from?
We partner with several companies that produce our products on demand. This means your order may be processed and shipped from facilities located around the world.
Will I be charged customs fees for my order?
International orders may incur additional customs or tax fees. These fees are assessed by your local customs office and are beyond our control. Customs regulations vary from country to country. Please check with your local customs office to determine if any duties or taxes apply to your purchase.
My order should have arrived by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please check the following:
- Find the tracking link in one of our order notification emails and review the tracking log.
- Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in your shipping address.
- Inquire at your local post office to see if the package is being held there.
- Check with your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them.
If your shipping address was correct and the package was not delivered to the post office or a neighbor, please contact us at support@satoshistore.io with your order number.
If there was an error in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement order, but the shipping costs will be at your expense.
