Refund & Return Policy

Order Management, Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal

If you have placed an order with SatoshiStore, you will receive an order confirmation by email after your purchase.

This email contains a secure link that allows you to view your order details, check the current delivery status, request a cancellation where available, initiate a return, and manage your order without creating a customer account.

You can access your order at any time using the email address that was used when placing the order. A separate registration is not required.

If you cannot access your order, did not receive your order confirmation, or experience any difficulties using the order management functions, please contact us directly at support@satoshistore.io.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by sending us a clear statement by email. For your convenience, you may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA, UK, Norway, Iceland & Liechtenstein)

If you are located in the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), Norway, Iceland, or Liechtenstein, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase of non-customized products within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at support@satoshistore.io before returning any item.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Returned items must be:

  • unworn and unused;

  • in their original condition;

  • with all tags attached;

  • in the original packaging; and

  • accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customized & Personalized Products

Products that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or refunded, except where required by law or in cases of manufacturing defects, damage, or incorrect fulfillment.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production has started.

As our products are manufactured on demand, we are unable to cancel, modify, or refund an order once production has begun.

To request a cancellation, contact support@satoshistore.io as soon as possible after placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact support@satoshistore.io within 14 days of receiving your order and provide:

  • your order number;

  • a description of the issue; and

  • clear photographs showing the problem.

We will review the claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products.

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Lost Packages

Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Orders

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or because the shipment was not collected, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If a partial return causes the remaining order value to fall below the applicable free shipping threshold, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping charge from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless required by law:

  • customized or personalized products;

  • gift cards;

  • digital products;

  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;

  • perishable goods;

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Customers Outside the EU/EEA, UK, Norway, Iceland & Liechtenstein

Except where required by applicable law, purchases made outside the regions listed above are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size, color, or personal preference.

Any exception is granted solely at our discretion.
