Contract Withdrawal

If you have placed an order with SatoshiStore, you will receive an order confirmation by email after your purchase.

This email contains a direct link to your order. You can use this link to:

• view your order details;

• check the current delivery status;

• request a cancellation, where still possible;

• initiate a return or withdrawal.

You do not need a customer account to access your order. You can manage your order using the email address that was used when placing the order.

If you did not receive your order confirmation, cannot access your order, or need assistance, please use the contact form below.

Please include the following information in your message:

• your order number;

• the email address used for the order;

• your request, for example cancellation, withdrawal, return, or general support.

Important Notice

Orders can only be cancelled before production has started.

As our products are made on demand after an order is placed, cancellation may no longer be possible once production has begun.

Your statutory right of withdrawal for non-customized products remains unaffected.
