What are the shipping costs? 

The shipping costs depend on the country you live in and on the total purchase. 

Is there free shipping if I purchase a specific total amount?

Yes we added free shipping depending on the total amount you purchase on one individual order and the country you are ordering to. Some Products are excluded from free shipping - SeedSigner, SeedMint, SeedVault, Automatic Center Punch, 3 SteelORs and the Seedor Wallet Backup. 

Orders going to:

  • Austria: Free shipping starts at EUR 121,-
  • Germany: Free shipping starts at EUR 161,- 
  • EU: Free shipping starts at EUR 210,- 
  • Worldwide: Free shipping starts at EUR 210,- 

When will I receive my order? 

It usually takes 3 to 7 days to process your order, after which it will be shipped.*

Delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:

  • Europe: 6 - 8 business days
  • USA: 6 - 8 business days
  • International: 10 - 20 business days

*For larger quantities, elaborately manufactured products, or during seasonal peak times such as Christmas, order and delivery time may vary from the rule. Generally we do not give a guaranteed delivery date.

Where will my order be shipped from? 

We work with several companies that manufacture products for us on demand, so orders are processed with facilities around the world.

Will I be charged customs fees for my order?

International orders may be subject to an additional customs and tax fee. This fee is beyond our control and is assessed by the local customs office. Customs regulations vary from country to country. Therefore, please check directly with your local customs office to see if they charge duties and taxes on your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before you contact us, please help us as follows:

  • Find the tracking link in one of our order notification emails and look at the tracking log.
  • Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the shipping address.
  • Ask at the local post office if the package is present.
  • Check with your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them.

If the delivery address was correct and the package was not delivered to the post office or your neighbor, contact us at with your order number.

If you found an error in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping is at your own expense.
